Caylabne Bay is a private resort at the end of Cavite's westward road. It passes through the Palay-Palay Mountain Range where Mt. Pico De Loro Ternate Jump-off is located. Caylabne bay is second to the last of the coves of Pico De Loro's northern ridge facing Manila Bay. Together with other coves along this area which includes the Marine base, they are lined up to the opening of Manila Bay to the West Philippine Sea. The beach is surrounded by rolling hills, and sunsets are spectacular.

February 27- March 2, 2013
Camiguin Island is known as the island born of fire in the Philippines; as this island came up as a result of volcanic eruptions of its seven volcanoes. The island is known for its magnificent volcanoes that mountaineers are eager to conquer and with various tourist spots such as waterfalls, cold springs and hot springs. Add to it its diverse flora and fauna whether on land or under the sea. The island is in the middle of Bohol Sea thus dive sites are everywhere, add to it the friendly and honest people around. When staying on a budget in Camiguin, you would be looking for the most affordable yet cozy place to stay; while the places you would like to check out must be accessible. Being at the heart of the town of Agoho where other famous resorts in Camiguin is located and an arms' throw away from the White Island, Paguia Cottages must be the place you are looking for to stay.

Swimming with the Whalesharks at Donsol
December 28, 2012
Donsol, Sorsogon is known as the Whaleshark capital of the world. It is a place where these large sea creatures breed and feed. Usually, the whalesharks are migratory, many of them stay at the seas of Donsol throughout the year and there is not a time in a year that most of them will get back to this same sea around March-May. As we have planned for our Bicol Roadtrip for 2012, this itinerary to Donsol has never left my mind and we should really go to this place.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar - a trip to the past
July 21-22, 2012
It was a rainy weekend as a typhoon is currently pounding northern Luzon when we had our stay at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. And this is at Bataan. But for architectural and historical aficionados, the stay here is worth it and a photographer's heaven as well. The whole resort is comprised of mansion replicas from the 18th century, and the theme is preserved with cobblestone roads and staff that are dressed with Filipino traditional clothing such as barong for male and baro't saya for female.

Roadtrip to Pagudpud Ilocos Norte
Unlocking the scenes of Ilocos Province December 26-28, 2011
It is a very long drive and I am prepared for it. Covering 600 kilometers of road from my home to Pagudpud, I am excited to travel for the first time to my never been explored northern Philippines. With only having an hour of sleep, we woke up at 2:00AM and started to head on to the road at 3:00AM. It is going to be a hell of a road trip!
